The following assessments may be required to determine the optimal grade placement for your child’s success at CCA. Applicants who speak English as a second language are required to complete the English Language Proficiency Assessment. At this time, CCA is limited in its ability to meet the needs of students with certain special needs. Students with special needs will be assessed in order to determine whether the level of academic support provided will be sufficient for their success in our programs. Assessment fees may apply.
New applications for the subsequent school year are accepted from January 1. For priority placement, new applicants are encouraged to submit applications by April 30. If enrollment demands exceed classroom capacity, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.
Re-enrollment takes place in the first two weeks of March. In order to secure placement for the following year, the forms must be completed and returned by March 25th.
Kindergarten applicants must be five years of age on or before September 1 of the current school year in order to be considered for acceptance. Any exceptions shall be approved by the Directors.
Grade placement for students in grades 1-12 will be based upon the following: the student’s age, social/emotional maturity, previous school grade placement, courses completed at the previous institution, academic records, academic testing, student Interview, referrals, and English language level.
CCA reserves the right to deny enrollment to students who were dismissed from other schools for academic, disciplinary, or other reasons. Students failing to reveal such a record at the time of enrollment may be subject to expulsion.

The school reserves the right to adjust fees and the exchange rate annually or in the event of significant market fluctuation. All fees (except supply fee) are set in the U.S. dollar and will fluctuate if paid in Tunisian dinar based upon the exchange rate.
