Daily Schedule

Primary Campus:

Student drop off:                   7:20 am – 8:15 am

Classes Begin:                        8:15 am

Lunch:                                     On-campus–CCA

Students Dismissed:             3:15 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

12:30 pm Friday

After School Activities:         3:15 pm – 4:15 pm on selected days

*The Primary Campus closes at 4:30 pm M-Th and at 1:00 pm on Fridays.

No supervision is provided before 7:20 am nor is there supervision for students after 3:15 pm unless they are participating in an after school activity. Students not picked up after 3:15 pm must report to the administration office.

Morning break takes place from 9:30 – 10:00 a.m.

Students may bring healthy snacks to eat during the morning break.

*Students must bring their own lunches and whatever utensils are required for eating that lunch.

It’s easy for parents to be involved in their child’s education at CCA! CCA considers the family to be of first importance to children and their development. Below are just a few of the ways parents can be involved.

• Organize and facilitate an after school activity.
• Volunteer your help as needed to the classroom teacher or administration.
• Be involved in the Parent-Teacher Organization.

The purpose of CCA’s Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is to

• assist the school with student activities
• help organize fund raising efforts
• broaden and increase the effectiveness of communication between the school and parents.
