Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree  (Education fields preferred, others willingly considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

Two or more years of successful teaching experience
Master’s Degree in Education or a related field
Understanding of the American system of education
Understanding of Aero Standards
Experience with English Language Learners
Cross-Cultural Experience
Understanding of Google Suite and FACTS

Professional Characteristics:

Effectively collaborates with colleagues
Demonstrates effective communication skills
Operates from a growth mindset, able to reflect, learn, and progress
Embraces a love of learning that translates into a positive, well-rounded classroom culture
Values diversity and the contributions of each individual
Possesses an understanding of an American or international curriculum as well as instructional practices
Excellent command of the English language
